On May 28th, Prof. Mathias Neumann Andersen, Dr. Kiril Manevski and Dr. Vita Ahtoniuk from Aarhus University in Denmark were invited to visit FIRI for visit and exchange. Prof. Mathias Neumann Andersen and Dr. Kiril Manevski gave lectures on "Precision irrigation and fertilization of potatoes for saving water and nitrogen" and "Field experiments and agro-hydrological modelling in Shijiazhuang: Environmental and uncertainty insights" in the conference room on the sixth floor. After the report, they communicate with researchers and graduate students. Accompanied by Qi Xuebin, the deputy director of FIRI, they visited the Qiliying Test Base and Hongmen Test Base. Prof. Mathias spoke highly of the research of FIRI in Agricultural Water and Soil Engineering, and expressed his will to carry out collaborative research with our institute.
