Biography

        Since July 1999,Yongshen Fan has been working in FIRI. He has been engaged in the theory and new technology of water-saving irrigation research and development and water-saving irrigation project planning and design, especially in sprinkler irrigation technology and equipment. He has put forward a number of original ideas, completed the light small irrigation technology parameter design theory research, developed a number of irrigation equipment, completed the research on design theory of technical parameters of small sprinkler irrigation unit and obtained many achievements of scientific research, which gain the attention of domestic and foreign counterparts and are highly evaluated by the experts in same field.
