Biography

Jinshan Li graduated from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power in June 1996 with a Master's degree. He has been engaged in the research of water-saving irrigation technology and equipment development as well as the planning and design of water-saving irrigation projects. He has presided over 10 projects of science and technology support program, "863" Program, national key research and development program and transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. He has obtained 10 national invention patents, published 35 papers, drafted a industry standard, edited 1 book and participated in editing 3 books.
